Basic knowledge of Raschel blankets
Raschel blankets originated in Japan, the fabric is woven by the knitting machine, the basic production process of Raschel blankets is as follows:
Warp knitting machine weaving, breaking axes, printing (dyeing), color fixing, stretching, fuelling, ironing and cutting (back scratching), sewing (hinge).
Several indicators of Raschel fabric are:
Generally, the pile part is acrylic fiber, the bottom yarn is polyester filament or polyester yarn, the number of pile acrylic yarn or thread, the fineness of the fiber, whether it is light, semi-light or no light yarn, gram weight per square meter, hair height (10mm is 10 hair height), etc.
Fiber fineness, luster, square meter weight, wool height determine the main quality and style of the blanket;
Raschel blankets are mainly divided into single layer blankets and double layer blankets. The back of single layer blankets is raised by scratching process. Double-layer blankets are divided into two types: double-sided printing and single-sided printing and reverse dyeing. In addition, there are cutting blankets: including printed cutting blankets and plain cutting blankets.
Raschel blanket printing is generally suitable for flat screen magnetic bar printing, and cationic dyes are selected.
